سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ‌ فِي رَجُلٍ أَرَادَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى نَفْسِهَا حَرَاماً فَرَمَتْهُ بِحَجَرٍ فَأَصَابَتْ مِنْهُ مَقْتَلًا قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا شَيْ‌ءٌ فِيمَا بَيْنَهَا وَ بَيْنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَإِنْ قُدِّمَتْ إِلَى إِمَامٍ عَدْلٍ أَهْدَرَ دَمَهُ‌[1].
