“This is concerning my question of Dhariyh al-Muharibiy before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a slave who takes an item that is found. He (the Imam) said, ‘What a slave has to do with an item found! He does not own anything for himself. A slave must not have bothered about it. He must announce it in public for one year.

He went to abu al-Hassan (a.s.), and complained before him against his condition and informed him (the Imam) that wherever he goes for something he fails.
