سَأَلْتُهُ[1] عَنِ الْجَارِيَةِ الْبِكْرِ أَوَّلَ مَا تَحِيضُ فَتَقْعُدُ فِي الشَّهْرِ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ وَ فِي الشَّهْرِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَ يَخْتَلِفُ عَلَيْهَا لَا يَكُونُ طَمْثُهَا فِي الشَّهْرِ عِدَّةَ أَيَّامٍ سَوَاءً قَالَ فَلَهَا أَنْ تَجْلِسَ وَ تَدَعَ الصَّلَاةَ مَا دَامَتْ تَرَى الدَّمَ مَا لَمْ تَجُزِ الْعَشَرَةَ فَإِذَا اتَّفَقَ الشَّهْرَانِ عِدَّةَ أَيَّامٍ سَوَاءً فَتِلْكَ أَيَّامُهَا.
