سَأَلْتُهُ[1] عَنْ مُحْرِمٍ غَشِيَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هِيَ مُحْرِمَةٌ قَالَ جَاهِلَيْنِ أَوْ عَالِمَيْنِ قُلْتُ أَجِبْنِي فِي الْوَجْهَيْنِ جَمِيعاً قَالَ إِنْ كَانَا جَاهِلَيْنِ اسْتَغْفَرَا رَبَّهُمَا وَ مَضَيَا عَلَى حَجِّهِمَا وَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمَا شَيْءٌ وَ إِنْ كَانَا عَالِمَيْنِ فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا مِنَ الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي أَحْدَثَا فِيهِ وَ عَلَيْهِمَا بَدَنَةٌ وَ عَلَيْهِمَا الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ فَإِذَا بَلَغَ
“I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about a man who in the state of Ihram performs sexual relation with his wife who also is in the state of Ihram.
