قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع إِنَّمَا يُكْرَهُ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ الْأُسْبُوعَيْنِ وَ الطَّوَافَيْنِ فِي الْفَرِيضَةِ فَأَمَّا فِي النَّافِلَةِ فَلَا بَأْسَ.
‘It is Makruh (detestable) to perform two Tawaf of obligatory nature together; but in the case of optional Tawaf it is not harmful.’ ”
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ع عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَطُوفُ يَقْرُنُ بَيْنَ أُسْبُوعَيْنِ فَقَالَ إِنْ شِئْتَ رَوَيْتُ لَكَ عَنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ قَالَ فَقُلْتُ لَا وَ اللَّهِ مَا لِي فِي ذَلِكَ مِنْ حَاجَةٍ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ وَ لَكِنِ ارْوِ لِي مَا أَدِينُ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بِهِ فَقَالَ لَا تَقْرُنْ بَيْنَ أُسْبُوعَيْنِ كُلَّمَا طُفْتَ أُسْبُوعاً فَصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَ أَمَّا أَنَا فَرُبَّمَا قَرَنْتُ الثَّلَاثَةَ وَ الْأ
“I once asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.), about a man who joins two Tawaf. He (the Imam) said, ‘If you like I can narrate to you from people of Makkah.’ I then said, ‘No, by Allah, I do not need that, I pray to Allah to keep my soul in service for your cause, but narrate to me by which I can worship Allah, most Majestic, mos
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا يُكْرَهُ الْقِرَانُ فِي الْفَرِيضَةِ فَأَمَّا النَّافِلَةُ فَلَا وَ اللَّهِ مَا بِهِ بَأْسٌ.
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), say, ‘Joining Tawaf is Makruh (detestable) only in the case of obligatory Tawaf; but in the case of optional Tawaf, by Allah it is not harmful.’”
