عَلَيْهِ بَدَنَةٌ لِفَسَادِ عُمْرَتِهِ وَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُقِيمَ بِمَكَّةَ حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ شَهْرٌ آخَرُ فَيَخْرُجَ‌[1] إِلَى بَعْضِ الْمَوَاقِيتِ فَيُحْرِمَ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ يَعْتَمِرَ.

قَدْ أَفْسَدَ عُمْرَتَهُ وَ عَلَيْهِ بَدَنَةٌ وَ يُقِيمُ بِمَكَّةَ مُحِلًّا حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ الشَّهْرُ الَّذِي اعْتَمَرَ فِيهِ ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى الْوَقْتِ الَّذِي وَقَّتَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص لِأَهْلِ بِلَادِهِ فَيُحْرِمُ مِنْهُ وَ يَعْتَمِرُ.

قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ مَنْ سَاقَ هَدْياً فِي عُمْرَةٍ فَلْيَنْحَرْهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَحْلِقَ وَ مَنْ سَاقَ هَدْياً وَ هُوَ مُعْتَمِرٌ نَحَرَ هَدْيَهُ بِالْمَنْحَرِ وَ هُوَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَ الْمَرْوَةِ وَ هِيَ الْحَزْوَرَةُ[2] قَالَ وَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ كَفَّارَةِ الْعُمْرَةِ أَيْنَ تَكُونُ فَقَالَ بِمَكَّةَ إِلَّا أَنْ يُؤَخِّرَهَا إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَيَكُونَ بِمِنًى وَ تَعْجِيلُهَا أَفْضَلُ وَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ.
