سَأَلْتُ أَبَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ ع عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي مَسْجِدِ غَدِيرِ خُمٍّ بِالنَّهَارِ وَ أَنَا مُسَافِرٌ فَقَالَ صَلِّ فِيهِ فَإِنَّ فِيهِ فَضْلًا وَ قَدْ كَانَ أَبِي يَأْمُرُ بِذَلِكَ.
“I once asked abu Ibrahim (a.s.), about performing salat (prayer) in Masjid of Ghadir Khum during the day while I am on a journey. He (the Imam) said, ‘Perform salat (prayer) therein; it is a virtuous thing to do. My father commanded to do so/”
حَمَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ إِلَى مَكَّةَ فَلَمَّا انْتَهَيْنَا إِلَى مَسْجِدِ الْغَدِيرِ نَظَرَ إِلَى مَيْسَرَةِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ ذَلِكَ مَوْضِعُ قَدَمِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص حَيْثُ قَالَ مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلَاهُ فَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلَاهُ ثُمَّ نَظَرَ إِلَى الْجَانِبِ الْآخَرِ فَقَالَ ذَلِكَ مَوْضِعُ فُسْطَاطِ أَبِي فُلَانٍ وَ فُلَانٍ وَ سَالِمٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ وَ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ الْجَرَّاحِ فَ
“I once provided transportation for Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), from al-Medina to Mecca.
