The Case of One Who Finds His Debtor in al-Haram (the sacred area)

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ لِي عَلَيْهِ مَالٌ فَغَابَ عَنِّي زَمَاناً فَرَأَيْتُهُ يَطُوفُ حَوْلَ الْكَعْبَةِ أَ فَأَتَقَاضَاهُ مَالِي قَالَ لَا لَا تُسَلِّمْ عَلَيْهِ وَ لَا تُرَوِّعْهُ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ‌[1].
