نَعَمْ إِنَّمَا خَالَفَهُ إِلَى الْفَضْلِ[1].
“I once asked one of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, about a man who pays someone to perform al-Hajj in Ifrad manner (al-Hajj without al- £ Umrah) for him; if it is permissible to perform in al-Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous) manner. سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَعْطَى رَجُلًا حَجَّةً يَحُجُّ بِهَا عَنْهُ مِنَ الْكُوفَةِ فَحَجَّ عَنْهُ مِنَ الْبَصْرَةِ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ إِذَا قَضَى جَمِيعَ مَنَاسِكِهِ فَقَدْ تَمَّ حَجُّهُ[2].
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who pays someone to perform al-Hajj for him from al-Kufah and he performs it from al-Basrah. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful; if he performs all acts, then his al-Hajj is complete.’”
