قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع إِنَّ مَعِي أَهْلِي وَ أَنَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَشُدَّ نَفَقَتِي فِي حَقْوَيَّ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ فَإِنَّ أَبِي ع كَانَ يَقُولُ مِنْ قُوَّةِ الْمُسَافِرِ حِفْظُ نَفَقَتِهِ.
“I once said to abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), that my family is with me and I need to carry around my loin something for my expenses with me. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, my father (a.s.), would say that of the strength of a traveler are his supplies.’”
