The Will about Something of One’s Legacy

السَّهْمُ وَاحِدٌ مِنْ ثَمَانِيَةٍ لِقَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى- إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقاتُ لِلْفُقَراءِ وَ الْمَساكِينِ وَ الْعامِلِينَ عَلَيْها وَ الْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَ فِي الرِّقابِ وَ الْغارِمِينَ وَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَ ابْنِ السَّبِيلِ‌[1].

“Once abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), was asked about the case of a man who makes a will about a share of his legacy. He (the Imam) said, ‘A share is one-eighth because of the meaning of the words of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, “Charity is only for the poor, destitute, Zakat collectors, people inclined to the religion
