كَانَ عَلِيٌّ ع إِذَا سَاقَ الْبَدَنَةَ وَ مَرَّ عَلَى الْمُشَاةِ حَمَلَهُمْ عَلَى بَدَنَةٍ وَ إِنْ ضَلَّتْ رَاحِلَةُ رَجُلٍ وَ مَعَهُ بَدَنَةٌ رَكِبَهَا غَيْرَ مُضِرٍّ وَ لَا مُثْقِلٍ.

Hadith.3086 - Ya'qub ibn Shu'ayb asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man—can he ride his hady (sacrificial animal) if he needs to? Imam (as) replied: "The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: 'He may ride it as long as he does not overburden or exhaust it.'"
وَ رَوَى مَنْصُورُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ كَانَ عَلِيٌّ ع يَحْلُبُ الْبَدَنَةَ وَ يَحْمِلُ عَلَيْهَا غَيْرَ مُضِرٍّ[4].
