سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ كَيْفَ يُنْكِحُ عَبْدَهُ أَمَتَهُ قَالَ يُجْزِيهِ أَنْ يَقُولَ قَدْ أَنْكَحْتُكَ فُلَانَةَ وَ يُعْطِيهَا مَا شَاءَ مِنْ قِبَلِهِ أَوْ مِنْ قِبَلِ مَوْلَاهُ وَ لَا بُدَّ مِنْ طَعَامٍ[1] أَوْ دِرْهَمٍ أَوْ نَحْوِ ذَلِكَ وَ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ فَيَشْتَرِيَ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ جَارِيَةً أَوْ جَوَارِيَ يَطَؤُهُنَّ.
