إِذَا كَانَ الْمَتَاعُ قَائِماً بِعَيْنِهِ رُدَّ إِلَى صَاحِبِ الْمَتَاعِ وَ لَيْسَ لِلْغُرَمَاءِ أَنْ يُخَاصِمُوهُ‌[2].
