إِنِ اسْتُوقِنَ أَنَّ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ يُحِيطُ بِجَمِيعِ الْمَالِ فَلَا يُنْفَقُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يُسْتَيْقَنْ فَلْيُنْفَقْ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ وَسَطِ الْمَالِ‌[4].
