رَوَى إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ وَ سَمَاعَةُ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

I asked Imam - "What is the punishment for one who consumes usury after clear evidence (has been established)?" Imam (as) replied: "He is to be disciplined. If he returns to it, he is disciplined again. If he repeats it a third time, he is to be killed."
