الْمَالُ لِأُخْتِهِ[5]. وَ مَتَى تَرَكَ الرَّجُلُ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَنْ كَانَ ذَكَراً كَانَ أَوْ أُنْثَى ابْنَةَ أُخْتٍ أَوِ ابْنَةَ ابْنَةٍ أَوِ ابْنَةَ خَالٍ أَوِ ابْنَةَ خَالَةٍ أَوِ ابْنَةَ عَمٍّ أَوِ ابْنَةَ عَمَّةٍ أَوْ أَبْعَدَ مِنْهُمْ فَالْمَالُ كُلُّهُ لِذَوِي الْأَرْحَامِ وَ إِنْ سَفَلُوا وَ لَا يَرِثُ الْمَوَالِي مَعَ أَحَدٍ مِنْهُمْ شَيْئاً لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ قَدْ ذَكَرَهُمْ وَ فَرَضَ لَهُمْ وَ أَ
Hadith.5653 - Ali ibn Yaqteen asked Abu Al-Hasan (as) about a man who dies and leaves behind his sister and his freed slaves. Imam (as) said: "The wealth belongs to his sister."

Hadith.5654 - Jabir narrated from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) that: "Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) used to give inheritance to the blood relatives over the freed slaves."

كُنْتُ جَالِساً عِنْدَ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنِ ابْنَةٍ وَ امْرَأَةٍ وَ مَوَالٍ فَقَالَ أُخْبِرُكَ فِيهَا بِقَضَاءِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع جَعَلَ لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفَ وَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ الثُّمُنَ وَ رَدَّ مَا بَقِيَ عَلَى الِابْنَةِ وَ لَمْ يُعْطِ الْمَوَالِيَ شَيْئاً.
I was sitting with Suwayd ibn Ghafalah when a man came to him and asked about the inheritance of a daughter, a wife, and freed slaves.
