لَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ كَامِلًا وَ عَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَ عَشْراً وَ إِنْ كَانَ سَمَّى لَهَا مَهْراً يَعْنِي صَدَاقاً فَلَهَا نِصْفُهُ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ سَمَّى لَهَا مَهْراً فَلَا مَهْرَ لَهَا[2].
