حَدَّثَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ الرَّوَّاسِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ الطَّبِيبِ‌[4] قَالَ: عَرَضْتُ هَذِهِ الرِّوَايَةَ عَلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فَقَالَ نَعَمْ هِيَ حَقٌّ وَ قَدْ كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع يَأْمُرُ عُمَّالَهُ بِذَلِكَ- قَالَ أَفْتَى ع فِي كُلِّ عَظْمٍ لَهُ مُخٌّ فَرِيضَةً مُسَمَّاةً إِذَا كُسِرَ فَجُبِرَ عَلَى غَيْرِ عَثْمٍ‌[1] وَ لَا عَيْبٍ جَعَلَ فَرِيضَةَ الدِّيَةِ سِتَّةَ أَجْزَاءٍ[2] وَ جَعَل

I presented this narration to Abu Abdullah (as), and Imam(as) said: "Yes, it is true. Indeed, the Commander of the Faithful (as) used to instruct his officials with this." He said: "Imam (as) gave a ruling that for every bone that contains marrow, there is a specified obligatory compensation if it is broken and healed
