Chapter on One Who Commits a Crime Deserving Legal Punishment and Then Seeks Refuge in the Sacred Sanctuary (haram)

لَا يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ وَ لَا يُطْعَمُ وَ لَا يُسْقَى‌[1] وَ لَا يُكَلَّمُ وَ لَا يُبَايَعُ فَإِنَّهُ إِذَا فُعِلَ ذَلِكَ بِهِ يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ فَيُقَامَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ وَ إِنْ جَنَى فِي الْحَرَمِ جِنَايَةً أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ فِي الْحَرَمِ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَرَ لِلْحَرَمِ حُرْمَةً.
