يُعْتِقُ مَكَانَهُ رَقَبَةً مُؤْمِنَةً[2] وَ ذَلِكَ قَوْلُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ فَإِنْ كانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ عَدُوٍّ لَكُمْ وَ هُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُؤْمِنَةٍ.
