فِي رِوَايَةِ السَّكُونِيِ‌ أَنَّ رَجُلًا رُفِعَ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ع وَ قَدْ دَاسَ بَطْنَ رَجُلٍ حَتَّى أَحْدَثَ فِي ثِيَابِهِ فَقَضَى ع عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُدَاسَ بَطْنُهُ حَتَّى يُحْدِثَ كَمَا أَحْدَثَ أَوْ يَغْرَمَ ثُلُثَ الدِّيَةِ[4].
