إِنَّ فِي كِتَابِ عَلِيٍّ ع لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَطَعَ فَرْجَ امْرَأَتِهِ[3] لَأُغْرِمَنَّهُ لَهَا دِيَتَهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ يُؤَدِّ إِلَيْهَا الدِّيَةَ قَطَعْتُ لَهَا فَرْجَهُ إِنْ طَلَبَتْ ذَلِكَ[4].
