رَوَى الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عُلْوَانَ[5] عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ آبَائِهِ ع عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ع أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُضَمِّنُ صَاحِبَ الْكَلْبِ إِذَا عَقَرَ نَهَاراً وَ لَا يُضَمِّنُهُ إِذَا عَقَرَ بِاللَّيْلِ. وَ إِذَا دَخَلْتَ دَارَ قَوْمٍ بِإِذْنِهِمْ فَعَقَرَكَ كَلْبُهُمْ فَهُمْ ضَامِنُونَ وَ إِذَا دَخَلْتَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَلَا ضَمَانَ عَلَيْهِمْ[1].
