Chapter on the Legal Punishment for Sodomy and Tribadism

قُلْتُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ أَتَى رَجُلًا قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ مُحْصَناً فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَتْلُ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مُحْصَناً فَعَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ قُلْتُ فَمَا عَلَى الْمُؤْتَى بِهِ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ الْقَتْلُ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ مُحْصَناً كَانَ أَوْ غَيْرَ مُحْصَنٍ‌[4].

Hadith.5047 - In the narration reported by Hammad ibn Uthman from Abu Abdullah (as), he said: I asked Imam (as) about a man who approached another man (committing sodomy). Imam (as) replied: "If the perpetrator was married (muhṣan), then his punishment is execution, and if he was not married, then the legal punishment

لَوْ كَانَ يَنْبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يُرْجَمَ مَرَّتَيْنِ لَرُجِمَ اللُّوطِيُ‌[2].

Hadith.5049 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), it is reported that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "If it were appropriate for anyone to be stoned twice, it would be the one who commits sodomy (Al-Luti)."
