Chapter on What Has Been Reported Regarding One Who Does Not Make a Proper Bequest at the Time of Death

إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص أَوْصَى إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ع وَ أَوْصَى عَلِيٌّ إِلَى الْحَسَنِ وَ أَوْصَى الْحَسَنُ ع إِلَى الْحُسَيْنِ وَ أَوْصَى الْحُسَيْنُ ع إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ وَ أَوْصَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ع إِلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْبَاقِرِ ع.

"Whoever does not make a proper will at the time of death, it is a deficiency in his dignity and intellect." Imam (as) also said: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) made a will to Ali (as), and Ali (as) made a will to Al-Hasan (as), and Al-Hasan (as) made a will to Al-Hussain (as),
