يُجْلَدُ دُونَ الْحَدِّ وَ يُغْرَمُ قِيمَةَ الْبَهِيمَةِ لِصَاحِبِهَا لِأَنَّهُ أَفْسَدَهَا عَلَيْهِ وَ تُذْبَحُ وَ تُحْرَقُ وَ تُدْفَنُ‌[3] إِنْ كَانَ مِمَّا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ وَ إِنْ كَانَ مِمَّا يُرْكَبُ ظَهْرُهُ‌[4] أُغْرِمَ قِيمَتَهَا وَ جُلِدَ دُونَ الْحَدِّ وَ أَخْرَجَهَا مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ الَّتِي فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ بِهَا إِلَى بِلَادٍ أُخْرَى حَيْثُ لَا تُعْرَفُ فَيَبِيعُهَا فِيهَا كَيْ لَا يُعَيَّرَ بِهَا[5].

Hadith.5060 - Al-Hasan bin Mahbub narrated from Ishaq bin Jarir from Sadeer from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) was asked about a man who engages in intercourse with an animal.
