[١]مروى نحوه في الكافي عن أبي عبد اللّه عليه السلام و أخرجه أبو داود و الترمذي في سننهما بسند حسن من حديث ابن عبّاس، و التحريش الاغراء بين البهائم و تهييج بعضها على بعض كما يفعل بين الديوك و غيرها، و يمكن أن يكون المراد تحريش الكلب على الصيد لا تحريش الكلاب بعضها ببعض.
[٢]كان المصنّف لم يعد أمثال ما ذكر من الغناء المحرم، انما المحرم عنده ما كان في باطل.
[٣]مروى في الكافي ج 7 ص 260 بسند حسن عن ياسر عن بعض الغلمان عن أبي الحسن عليه السلام.
[٤]السنة- بفتح المهملة-: القحط و الجدب، و المجدبة اما تأكيد بحسب المعنى أو عبارة عن قليلة المطر أو عديمته، و في الكافي« فى عام سنة- يعنى في عام مجاعة-».

فَرُوِيَ أَنَّ نَاقَةَ النَّبِيِّ ص سُبِقَتْ فَقَالَ ع إِنَّهَا بَغَتْ وَ قَالَتْ فَوْقِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص وَ حَقٌّ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أَنْ لَا يَبْغِيَ شَيْءٌ عَلَى شَيْءٍ إِلَّا أَذَلَّهُ اللَّهُ- وَ لَوْ أَنَّ جَبَلًا بَغَى عَلَى جَبَلٍ لَهَدَّ اللَّهُ الْبَاغِيَ مِنْهُمَا.
Hadith.5095 - It has been narrated that the she-camel of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), was outrun in a race. So Prophet (sw), peace be upon him and his family, said: "It (camel) transgressed and said to itself, 'Upon me is the Messenger of Allah (swt), peace and blessings be upon him and his family.' And it is a right upon Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, that nothing transgresses against anything except that He (swt) humiliates it. And if a mountain were to transgress against another mountain, Allah would destroy the transgressing one among them."

وَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص عَنْ تَحْرِيشِ الْبَهَائِمِ مَا خَلَا الْكِلَابَ.
Hadith.5096 - The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) forbade inciting animals against one another, except in the case of dogs.

Hadith.5097 - A man asked Imam Ali ibn Al-Hussain (as) about purchasing a bondwoman with a beautiful voice. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm upon you if you buy her and she reminds you of Paradise."

لَا يَزَالُ الْعَبْدُ يَسْرِقُ حَتَّى إِذَا اسْتَوْفَى دِيَةَ يَدِهِ أَظْهَرَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عَلَيْهِ.
Hadith.5098 - It is narrated from Abu Al-Hasan Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as) that he said: "A servant continues to steal until, when the value of what he has stolen equals the blood money for his hand, Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, exposes him."

Hadith.5100 - In the narration of Ghiyath ibn Ibrahim from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), it is reported: "Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) was presented in Kufa with a man who had stolen a pigeon, but he did not cut off his hand and said: 'I do not cut off (a hand) for stealing birds.'"
