مَنْ جَاوَرَ سَنَةً بِمَكَّةَ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ ذَنْبَهُ وَ لِأَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ وَ لِكُلِّ مَنِ اسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُ وَ لِعَشِيرَتِهِ وَ لِجِيرَانِهِ ذُنُوبَ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ وَ قَدْ مَضَتْ وَ عُصِمُوا مِنْ كُلِّ سُوءٍ أَرْبَعِينَ وَ مِائَةَ سَنَةٍ. وَ الِانْصِرَافُ وَ الرُّجُوعُ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الْمُجَاوَرَةِ[5]
وَ كَانَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ وَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع يَتَصَدَّقَانِ بِثُلُثٍ عَلَى جِيرَانِهِمْ وَ بِثُلُثٍ عَلَى السُّؤَّالِ وَ بِثُلُثٍ يُمْسِكَانِهِ لِأَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ[2].
Hadith.3054 - It is narrated that Imam Ali ibn al-Husayn (as) and Imam Abu Ja'far (Al-Baqir) (as) used to distribute their sacrificial meat in three parts: One-third was given to their neighbors. One-third was given to the needy and beggars. One-third was kept for the members of their household.
فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ فَلَمْ يَدْرِ كَيْفَ يَقْضِي فِي ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لِلرَّجُلِ اذْهَبْ بِهَا إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فَأَتَوْا عَلِيّاً وَ قَصُّوا عَلَيْهِ الْقِصَّةَ فَقَالَ لِامْرَأَةِ الرَّجُلِ أَ لَكِ بَيِّنَةٌ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ هَؤُلَاءِ جِيرَانِي[2] يَشْهَدْنَ عَلَيْهَا بِمَا أَقُولُ فَأَخْرَجَ عَلِيٌّ ع السَّيْفَ مِنْ غِمْدِهِ وَ طَرَحَهُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِكُلِّ وَ
A woman was brought before Umar ibn al-Khattab, and witnesses testified against her that she had committed adultery. Her story was that she was an orphan raised in the house of a man who had a wife. The man would frequently be away from home. The orphan grew up to be beautiful, and the man's wife feared that her husban
يُؤْخَذُ الْمَهْرُ مِنْهَا[6] وَ لَا يَكُونُ عَلَى الَّذِي زَوَّجَهَا شَيْءٌ وَ قَالَ فِي امْرَأَةٍ وَلَّتْ أَمْرَهَا رَجُلًا فَقَالَتْ زَوِّجْنِي فُلَاناً قَالَ لَا زَوَّجْتُكِ حَتَّى تُشْهِدِي- بِأَنَّ أَمْرَكِ بِيَدِي فَأَشْهَدَتْ لَهُ فَقَالَ عِنْدَ التَّزْوِيجِ لِلَّذِي يَخْطُبُهَا يَا فُلَانُ عَلَيْكَ كَذَا وَ كَذَا قَالَ نَعَمْ فَقَالَ هُوَ لِلْقَوْمِ[1] اشْهَدُوا أَنَّ ذَلِكَ لَهَا عِنْدِي وَ قَدْ زَوَّجْتُ
Hadith.3386 - It is narrated from Hammad, from Al-Halabi, from Abu Abdullah (as): Regarding a man to whom a woman entrusted her affairs-whether she was a relative or a neighbor-and he did not know her internal situation, and later discovered that she had concealed a defect: Imam (as) said: "The dowry is to be taken fro

Hadith.3541 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Al-Hasan ibn Salih, from Abu Abdullah (as). He said: I asked him about a man who found a stolen animal that belonged to his neighbor, so he took it to return it to him, but the animal died. Imam (as) said: "There is nothing (no liability) upon him."
لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَسْأَلَكَ قَالَ إِنَّا نَسْتَقْرِضُ الْخُبْزَ مِنَ الْجِيرَانِ فَنَرُدُّ أَصْغَرَ مِنْهُ أَوْ أَكْبَرَ فَقَالَ ع نَحْنُ نَسْتَقْرِضُ الْجَوْزَ السِّتِّينَ وَ السَّبْعِينَ عَدَداً فَيَكُونُ فِيهِ الصَّغِيرَةُ وَ الْكَبِيرَةُ فَلَا بَأْسَ[4].

كَتَبَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى الْفَقِيهِ ع[3] فِي رَجُلٍ دَفَعَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ وَدِيعَةً وَ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَضَعَهَا فِي مَنْزِلِهِ أَوْ لَمْ يَأْمُرْهُ فَوَضَعَهَا الرَّجُلُ فِي مَنْزِلِ جَارِهِ فَضَاعَتْ هَلْ يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ إِذَا خَالَفَ أَمْرَهُ أَوْ أَخْرَجَهَا مِنْ مِلْكِهِ فَوَقَّعَ ع هُوَ ضَامِنٌ لَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى.
تَذَاكَرُوا الشُّؤْمَ عِنْدَهُ فَقَالَ الشُّؤْمُ فِي ثَلَاثَةٍ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ وَ الدَّابَّةِ وَ الدَّارِ فَأَمَّا شُؤْمُ الْمَرْأَةِ فَكَثْرَةُ مَهْرِهَا وَ عُقُوقُ زَوْجِهَا وَ أَمَّا الدَّابَّةُ فَسُوءُ خُلُقِهَا وَ مَنْعُهَا ظَهْرَهَا وَ أَمَّا الدَّارُ فَضِيقُ سَاحَتِهَا وَ شَرُّ جِيرَانِهَا وَ كَثْرَةُ عُيُوبِهَا.
Hadith.4912 - It is narrated from Khalid ibn Najeeh that Imam Abu Abdullah Al-Sadiq (as) said: They were discussing misfortune in his presence. Imam (as) said: "Misfortune lies in three things: in a woman, in a mount, and in a house. As for the misfortune of a woman, it is in her high dowry and her disobedience to her
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى كَرِهَ لَكُمْ أَيَّتُهَا الْأُمَّةُ أَرْبَعاً وَ عِشْرِينَ خَصْلَةً وَ نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهَا كَرِهَ لَكُمُ الْعَبَثَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ وَ كَرِهَ الْمَنَّ فِي الصَّدَقَةِ وَ كَرِهَ الضَّحِكَ بَيْنَ الْقُبُورِ وَ كَرِهَ التَّطَلُّعَ فِي الدُّورِ وَ كَرِهَ النَّظَرَ إِلَى فُرُوجِ النِّسَاءِ وَ قَالَ يُورِثُ الْعَمَى وَ كَرِهَ الْكَلَامَ عِنْدَ الْجِمَاعِ وَ قَالَ يُو
Hadith.4914 - It is narrated from Sulayman ibn Ja'far al-Basri from Abdullah ibn al-Husayn ibn Zayd ibn Ali ibn al-Husayn ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) (peace be upon them) from his father from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) who said that the Messenger of Allah (
مَنْ عَدَلَ فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ كَانَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ مَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهَا فِي حَيَاتِهِ وَ مَنْ جَارَ فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَ هُوَ عَنْهُ مُعْرِضٌ.
الْمَالُ لَهُنَ[4].
