سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ النَّحْرِ فَقَالَ أَمَّا بِمِنًى فَثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَ أَمَّا فِي الْبُلْدَانِ فَيَوْمٌ وَاحِدٌ.
‘It is three days in Mina’, but in the cities, it is only one Day.”

الْأَضْحَى يَوْمَانِ بَعْدَ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ وَ يَوْمٌ وَاحِدٌ بِالْأَمْصَارِ[2].
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), ‘has said, ‘Al-Adha’ is for two days after the day of al-Nahr (slaughtering the offering on 10th of Dhu al-Hajjah) and it is one day in the cities/”NOTE: Fatwa best explains Hadith 1-2 of this Chapter.
