Chapter on the Inheritance of the Captive

قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ لَا يُوَرَّثُ الْحَمِيلُ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ قَالَ وَ الْحَمِيلُ هُوَ الَّذِي تَأْتِي‌ بِهِ الْمَرْأَةُ حُبْلَى قَدْ سُبِيَتْ وَ هِيَ حُبْلَى فَيَعْرِفُهُ بِذَلِكَ بَعْدُ أَبُوهُ أَوْ أَخُوهُ‌[1].
