Chapter on the Blood Money for the Joints of the Fingers

فِي رِوَايَةِ السَّكُونِيِ‌ أَنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع كَانَ يَقْضِي فِي كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ مِنَ الْأَصَابِعِ بِثُلُثِ عَقْلِ تِلْكَ الْأَصَابِعِ إِلَّا الْإِبْهَامَ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ يَقْضِي فِي مَفْصِلِهَا بِنِصْفِ عَقْلِ تِلْكَ الْإِبْهَامِ لِأَنَّ لَهَا مَفْصِلَيْنِ‌[3].
