رَوَى مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
النَّحْرُ فِي اللَّبَّةِ وَ الذَّبْحُ فِي الْحَلْقِ.
[3]اللبة- بالفتح و التشديد-: المنحر و موضع القلادة، و النحر في الإبل و الذبح في البقر و الغنم.ص 502
وَ قَالَ الصَّادِقُ ع
كُلُّ مَنْحُورٍ مَذْبُوحٍ حَرَامٌ وَ كُلُّ مَذْبُوحٍ مَنْحُورٍ حَرَامٌ
[1]أي كل ما يجب نحره لو ذبح بدل النحر فهو حرام و كذا العكس.( سلطان).ص 503
وَ رَوَى الْحَلَبِيُّ عَنْهُ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا يَذْبَحْ لَكَ الْيَهُودِيُّ وَ لَا النَّصْرَانِيُّ أُضْحِيَّتَكَ وَ إِنْ كَانَتِ امْرَأَةٌ فَلْتَذْبَحْ لِنَفْسِهَا وَ تَسْتَقْبِلُ الْقِبْلَةَ وَ تَقُولُ- وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضَ حَنِيفاً مُسْلِماً اللَّهُمَّ مِنْكَ وَ لَكَ.
Hadith.3081 - Al-Halabi narrated from Imam (as) that he said: "A Jew or a Christian should not slaughter your sacrificial animal for you. If it is a woman, she should slaughter for herself, face the Qiblah, and say: 'I have turned my face towards the One who created the heavens and the earth, inclining to the truth, as a submitter [to Allah (swt)]. O Allah (swt), this is from You and for You.'"

[2]« فلتذبح لنفسها» أي فلتذبح جوازا لنفسها لا لغيرها كراهة، و« تستقبل القبلة» أى بالذبيحة أو معها، و كأنّه الخطاب و يمكن الغيبة.ص 503
[3]يمكن أن يكون على سبيل الاختصار يعنى إلى آخر الآيات ليوافق الخبر السابق تحت 3046 و الآتي تحت رقم 3084 و المجزى ذلك و الزائد فضل، و قوله« منك» أي هذه النعمة منك، و« لك» أي لا غيرك.ص 503
وَ رَوَى عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْها صَوافَ قَالَ
ذَلِكَ حِينَ تَصُفُّ لِلنَّحْرِ وَ تَرْبِطُ يَدَيْهَا مَا بَيْنَ الْخُفِّ إِلَى الرُّكْبَةِ وَ وُجُوبُ جُنُوبِهَا إِذَا وَقَعَتْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ.
Hadith.3082 - Abdullah ibn Sinan narrated from Imam Abu Abdullah (as) regarding the words of Allah (swt), the Exalted: "So mention the name of Allah (swt) upon them while they are lined up [for sacrifice]" (Surah Al-Hajj 22:36). Imam (as) said: "This refers to when they are positioned for sacrifice, and their forelegs are tied from the hooves to the knees, and their sides fall to the ground after they are slaughtered."

[4]في القاموس: صفت الإبل قوائمها فهي صافة و صواف و في التنزيل« فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْها صَوافَّ» أى مصفوفة، فواعل بمعنى مفاعل، و قيل مصطفة.ص 503
[5]الوجوب بمعنى السقوط، و فسروا وجوب الجنوب بما في الخبر لكن صرحوا بأنّه كناية عن خروج الروح و هو المشهور بين الاصحاب و الأحوط في العمل.( المرآة).ص 503
وَ سَأَلَهُ أَبُو الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيُ كَيْفَ تُنْحَرُ الْبَدَنَةُ قَالَ تُنْحَرُ وَ هِيَ قَائِمَةٌ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْيَمِينِ.
Hadith.3083 - Abu al-Sabbah al-Kinani asked Imam (as): "How is the camel (badanah) to be slaughtered?" Imam (as) replied: "It is slaughtered while standing, from its right side."

وَ رَوَى مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْهُ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِذَا اشْتَرَيْتَ هَدْيَكَ فَاسْتَقْبِلْ بِهِ الْقِبْلَةَ وَ انْحَرْهُ أَوِ اذْبَحْهُ وَ قُلْ وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضَ حَنِيفاً مُسْلِماً وَ ما أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ إِنَّ صَلاتِي وَ نُسُكِي وَ مَحْيايَ وَ مَماتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمِينَ لا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَ بِذلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَ أَنَا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ اللَّهُمَّ مِنْكَ وَ لَكَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي ثُمَّ أَمِرَّ السِّكِّينَ وَ لَا تَنْخَعْهَا حَتَّى تَمُوتَ.
Hadith.3084 - Muawiyah ibn Ammar narrated from Imam (as) that he said: "When you purchase your hady (sacrificial animal), face it towards the Qiblah and slaughter or sacrifice it, and say: 'I have turned my face towards the One who created the heavens and the earth, inclining to the truth, as a submitter [to Allah (swt)], and I am not among the polytheists. Indeed, my prayer, my sacrifice, my life, and my death are for Allah (swt), the Lord (azj) of the worlds. He has no partner, and with this, I have been commanded, and I am among the submitters. O Allah (swt), this is from You and for You. In name of Allah (swt), Allah (swt) is the Greatest. O Allah (swt), accept it from me.' Then pass the knife over it, but do not sever its spinal cord until it dies."

[1]ظاهره جعل الذبيحة مقابلة للقبلة و ربما يفهم منه استقبال الذابح أيضا و قال العلامة- المجلسيّ: فيه نظر.ص 504
[2]أي لا تقطع رقبتها، و قال بعض الشارحين: أى لا تقطع نخاعها قبل موتها و النخاع هو الخيط الابيض الذي في جوف القفار ممتدا من الرقبة الى أصل الذنب، و في الوافي: نخع الذبيحة جاوز منتهى الذبح فأصاب نخاعها.ص 504
