سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ‌ إِنَّ أَصْحَابَ النَّبِيِّ ص قَالُوا لِسَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ أَ رَأَيْتَ لَوْ وَجَدْتَ عَلَى بَطْنِ امْرَأَتِكَ رَجُلًا مَا كُنْتَ صَانِعاً بِهِ قَالَ كُنْتُ أَضْرِبُهُ بِالسَّيْفِ قَالَ فَخَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص فَقَالَ مَا ذَا يَا سَعْدُ قَالَ سَعْدٌ قَالُوا لَوْ وَجَدْتَ عَلَى بَطْنِ امْرَأَتِكَ رَجُلًا مَا كُنْتَ تَصْنَعُ بِهِ فَقُلْتُ أَضْرِبُهُ بِالسَّيْفِ فَقَالَ يَا س

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ تَزَوَّجَتْ رَجُلًا وَ لَهَا زَوْجٌ قَالَ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ مُقِيماً مَعَهَا فِي الْمِصْرِ الَّذِي هِيَ فِيهِ تَصِلُ إِلَيْهِ وَ يَصِلُ إِلَيْهَا فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهَا مَا عَلَى الزَّانِي الْمُحْصَنِ الرَّجْمَ قَالَ وَ إِنْ كَانَ زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ غَائِباً عَنْهَا أَوْ كَانَ مُقِيماً مَعَهَا فِي الْمِصْرِ لَا يَصِلُ إِلَيْهَا وَ لَا تَصِلُ إِلَيْهِ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهَا مَا

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ع عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ تَزَوَّجَتْ فِي عِدَّتِهَا قَالَ إِنْ كَانَتْ تَزَوَّجَتْ فِي عِدَّةِ طَلَاقٍ لِزَوْجِهَا عَلَيْهَا الرَّجْعَةُ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهَا الرَّجْمَ وَ إِنْ كَانَتْ تَزَوَّجَتْ فِي عِدَّةٍ لَيْسَ لِزَوْجِهَا عَلَيْهَا الرَّجْعَةُ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهَا حَدَّ الزَّانِي غَيْرِ الْمُحْصَنِ وَ إِنْ كَانَتْ تَزَوَّجَتْ فِي عِدَّةٍ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَوْتِ زَوْجِهَا مِنْ قَبْلِ انْقِضَاءِ الْأَرْبَعَةِ
