لَا يَصْلُحُ أَكْلُ ذَبِيحَةٍ لَا تُذْبَحُ مِنْ مَذْبَحِهَا يَعْنِي‌[1] إِذَا تَعَمَّدَ لِذَلِكَ وَ لَمْ تَكُنْ حَالُهُ حَالَ اضْطِرَارٍ فَأَمَّا إِذَا اضْطُرَّ إِلَيْهَا وَ اسْتَصْعَبَتْ عَلَيْهِ مَا يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ.

“It is the case of a man who hits a camel or sheep with his sword, with a mention of the name of Allah, in a part which is not for slaughtering.
