كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص يَكْرَهُ الذَّبْحَ وَ إِرَاقَةَ الدَّمِ- يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ إِلَّا عَنْ ضَرُورَةٍ.
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, disliked slaughtering (animals) and spilling blood on Fridays before Salat (prayer) except in the case of an emergency.’”
كَانَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ع يَأْمُرُ غِلْمَانَهُ أَنْ لَا يَذْبَحُوا حَتَّى يَطْلُعَ الْفَجْرُ. فِي نَوَادِرِ الْجُمُعَةِ[1].
Ali ibn al-Husayn, would command his servants not to slaughter any animal before dawn on Friday. This Hadith is of rare Ahadith about Fridays.’”
سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ الْحُسَيْنِ ع وَ هُوَ يَقُولُ لِغِلْمَانِهِ لَا تَذْبَحُوا حَتَّى يَطْلُعَ الْفَجْرُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ جَعَلَ اللَّيْلَ سَكَناً لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ فَإِنْ خِفْنَا فَقَالَ ع إِنْ خِفْتَ الْمَوْتَ فَاذْبَحْ.
‘Do not slaughter any animal before it is dawn because Allah has made the night for everything to rest.’ I then asked him (the Imam) saying, ‘I pray to Allah to keep my soul in service for your cause, what happens if we are afraid?’ He (the Imam) then said, ‘If you are afraid of death then you can slaughter.’”
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ ذَبِيحَةِ الْمُرْجِئِ وَ الْحَرُورِيِّ فَقَالَ كُلْ وَ قِرَّ وَ اسْتَقِرَّ حَتَّى يَكُونَ مَا يَكُونُ[1]. - مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مِثْلَهُ.
