صِلَةُ الْأَرْحَامِ تُحَسِّنُ الْخُلُقَ وَ تُسَمِّحُ الْكَفَّ وَ تُطَيِّبُ النَّفْسَ‌[1] وَ تَزِيدُ فِي الرِّزْقِ وَ تُنْسِئُ فِي الْأَجَلِ.

“Maintaining good relations with relatives improves moral behavior, opens the ability for generosity, helps one’s soul agree easily to be generous, increases one’s means of sustenance and delays the coming of death.”

مِنْ أَخْلَاقِ الْمُؤْمِنِ الْإِنْفَاقُ عَلَى قَدْرِ الْإِقْتَارِ[1] وَ التَّوَسُّعُ عَلَى قَدْرِ التَّوَسُّعِ وَ إِنْصَافُ النَّاسِ وَ ابْتِدَاؤُهُ إِيَّاهُمْ بِالسَّلَامِ عَلَيْهِمْ.

“It is of the moral behavior of believers to spend proportionately to their standard of living, raise such standards to what is possible, fairness to people and initiation in offering the greeting of peace.”

“The Holy Prophet has said, ‘Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, refuses to accept the repentance of a person of bad conduct.’ It was asked, ‘Why is it so, O Messenger of Allah?’ He said, ‘It is because when he repents from a sin he falls into a greater sin.’”

‘One who withholds the assets of a Muslim, despite his ability to give it to him, just because of fear of standing in need, Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has greater power to impoverish him because of wasting his time and soul for holding back such right.’”
