Chapter on False Testimony and What Has Been Reported Regarding it

إِذَا كَانَ الشَّيْ‌ءُ قَائِماً بِعَيْنِهِ رُدَّ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ‌[2] وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ قَائِماً ضَمِنَ بِقَدْرِ مَا أَتْلَفَ مِنْ مَالِ الرَّجُلِ‌[3].
