Hadith.3203 - In a narration from Hanan ibn Sadeer from his father, he said: Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said to me: "O Sadeer, do you visit the grave of al-Husayn (as) every day?" I said: "May I be your ransom, no." Imam (as) said: "How distant you are! Do you visit it every month?" I said: "No.

أَبَا الْحَسَنِ‌ الرِّضَا ع- عَنْ رِفْقَةٍ كَانُوا فِي طَرِيقٍ فَقُطِعَ عَلَيْهِمُ الطَّرِيقُ فَأُخِذَ اللُّصُوصُ‌[1] فَشَهِدَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ فَقَالَ لَا تُقْبَلُ شَهَادَتُهُمْ إِلَّا بِالْإِقْرَارِ مِنَ اللُّصُوصِ أَوْ شَهَادَةٍ مِنْ غَيْرِهِمْ عَلَيْهِمْ‌[2].

قُلْتُ لَهُ إِنْ ظَاهَرَ رَجُلٌ فِي شَعْبَانَ وَ لَمْ يَجِدْ مَا يُعْتِقُ قَالَ يَنْتَظِرُ حَتَّى يَصُومَ شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ يَصُومُ‌ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتابِعَيْنِ‌ فَإِنْ ظَاهَرَ وَ هُوَ مُسَافِرٌ يَنْظُرُ حَتَّى يَقْدَمَ وَ إِنْ صَامَ فَأَصَابَ مَالًا فَلْيَمْضِ فِي الَّذِي ابْتَدَأَ فِيهِ‌[3].
