إِذَا تَصَدَّقَ الرَّجُلُ بِصَدَقَةٍ قَبَضَهَا صَاحِبُهَا أَوْ لَمْ يَقْبِضْهَا عُلِمَتْ أَوْ لَمْ تُعْلَمْ فَهِيَ جَائِزَةٌ[3].
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘If one gives a charity it is permissible, regardless of whether the recipient takes possession or not, knows about it or does not know about it.’”
