إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَادَّعَتْ أَنَّ الْمَتَاعَ لَهَا وَ ادَّعَى أَنَّ الْمَتَاعَ لَهُ كَانَ لَهُ مَا لِلرِّجَالِ وَ لَهَا مَا لِلنِّسَاءِ[2]. وَ قَدْ رُوِيَ أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ أَحَقُّ بِالْمَتَاعِ لِأَنَّ مَنْ بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْهَا قَدْ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ تَنْقُلُ إِلَى بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا الْمَتَاعَ[3].
