لَهُ رَجُلٌ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً بِحُكْمِهَا فَمَاتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحْكُمَ قَالَ لَيْسَ لَهَا صَدَاقٌ وَ هِيَ تَرِثُهُ‌[4].

I asked Imam (as) about a man who married a woman according to her own condition (by her terms), but he died before she could set the conditions. Imam (as) said: "She is not entitled to a dowry (ṣadaq), but she inherits from him."
