كُلُّ مَنْ سَاقَ هَدْياً تَطَوُّعاً فَعَطِبَ هَدْيُهُ فَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ يَنْحَرُهُ وَ يَأْخُذُ نَعْلَ التَّقْلِيدِ فَيَغْمِسُهَا فِي الدَّمِ وَ يَضْرِبُ بِهِ صَفْحَةَ سَنَامِهِ وَ لَا بَدَلَ عَلَيْهِ وَ مَا كَانَ مِنْ جَزَاءِ صَيْدٍ أَوْ نَذْرٍ فَعَطِبَ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَ عَلَيْهِ الْبَدَلُ وَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْحَرَمَ فَعَطِبَ فَلَا بَدَلَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ تَطَوُّعاً أَوْ غَيْرَهُ.
