كَانَ عَلَى عَهْدِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع رَجُلَانِ مُتَوَاخِيَانِ فِي اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَمَاتَ أَحَدُهُمَا وَ أَوْصَى إِلَى الْآخَرِ فِي حِفْظِ بُنَيَّةٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ فَحَفِظَهَا الرَّجُلُ وَ أَنْزَلَهَا مَنْزِلَةَ وَلَدِهِ فِي اللُّطْفِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ وَ التَّعَاهُدِ ثُمَّ حَضَرَهُ سَفَرٌ فَخَرَجَ وَ أَوْصَى امْرَأَتَهُ فِي الصَّبِيَّةِ فَأَطَالَ السَّفَرَ حَتَّى إِذَا أَدْرَكَتِ الصَّبِيَّةُ وَ كَانَ لَهَ

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, form Ibn Mahboub, from one of his companions, Abu Abdullah asws has said: ‘The slanderer of the bastard would be penalised (by the Penalty ( Hadd )), and the slanderer of the son of a woman cursed by her husband would be penalised (by the Penalty ( Hadd ))’.
