[2]يدل ظاهرا على تحريم لحوم الجلالة و المشهور انه يحصل الجلل بان يغتذى الحيوان عذرة الإنسان لا غيره و النصوص و الفتاوي خالية عن تقدير المدة و ربما قدره بعضهم بان ينموا ذلك في بدنه و يصير جزءا منه و بعضهم بيوم و ليلة كالرضاع و آخرون بان يظهر النتن في لحمه و جلده و هذا قريب و المعتبر على هذا رائحة النجاسة التي اغتذاها لا مطلق الرائحة الكريهة. و قال الشيخ في الخلاف- و المبسوط: ان الجلالة هي التي يكون أكثر غذائها العذرة فلم يعتبر تمحض العذرة و قال المحقق: هذا التفسير صواب ان قلنا بكراهة الجلل و ليس بصواب ان قلنا بالتحريم و ألحق أبو الصلاح بالعذرة غيرها من النجاسات و الأشهر الأول ثمّ اختلف الاصحاب في حكم الجلال فالاكثر على أنّه محرم و ذهب الشيخ في المبسوط و ابن الجنيد الى الكراهة، بل قال في المبسوط: انه مذهبنا مشعرا بالاتفاق عليه. و قال في المسالك: لو قيل بالتفصيل كما قاله المحقق كان وجها. و قوله عليه السلام:« فاغسله» ظاهره وجوب الازالة كما ذهب إليه الشيخان و ابن البرّاج و الصدوق و المشهور بين المتأخرين الكراهة و استحباب الغسل( آت)ص 250

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from Safwan ibn Yahya from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “Abu Ja’far (a.s.), was once asked about vegetables if there is Zakat on it, if sold in exchange for a great wealth. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, Zakat is not due on it (such wealth) unless it remains with one for one year (in store).”’

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘How much Zakat is on vegetables. He (the Imam) asked, ‘What is it?’ I replied, ‘Edible herbs, melons and similar things of legumes.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Zakat is not due on it unless it is sold in exchange for another kind of wealth and it remains with him for one year; then there is charity on it.’ I then asked if there is Zakat on fresh plum and similar things. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, Zakat is not due on it.’ I then asked if there is Zakat on what is received from the sale of such items. He (the Imam) said, ‘If it remains with one for one year, then there is Zakat on it.’”

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has stated this Hadith. ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, “If a chicken feeds on human feces, it cannot be used for food until it is quarantined for three days. ‘If it is a duck, quarantine time is five days, for a sheep for ten days, for a cow twenty days and for a camel it is forty days.’”

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from certain persons of our people from Ali ibn Hassa’n from Ali ibn ‘Uqbah from Musa ibn ‘Ukayl from certain persons of our people who has said the following: “About the case of a sheep that drinks urine, then is slaughtered, abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘The contents of its inside must be washed clean, then it is not unlawful, and also if it eats feces but is not a Jallal, which is an animal that has feces as its only feed.’”

A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad al-Adamiy from Ya’qub ibn Yazid in a marfu‘ manner has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A camel that feeds on feces; if you want to Nahr (slaughter) it, then keep it in quarantine for forty days; such a cow for thirty days and keep such a sheep for ten days.’”

يُنْتَظَرُ بِهِ يَوْماً وَ لَيْلَةً وَ قَالَ السَّيَّارِيُّ إِنَّ هَذَا لَا يَكُونُ إِلَّا بِالْبَصْرَةِ وَ قَالَ فِي الدَّجَاجِ يُحْبَسُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَ الْبَطَّةِ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَ الشَّاةِ أَرْبَعَةَ عَشَرَ يَوْماً وَ الْبَقَرَةِ ثَلَاثِينَ يَوْماً وَ الْإِبِلِ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْماً ثُمَّ تُذْبَحُ.

9. Al-Husayn from Muhammad al-Sayyariy has narrated from Ahmad ibn al-Fudayl from Yunus who has said the following: “I once asked al-Rida’ (a.s.), about the fish that feeds on feces. He (the Imam) said, ‘It must be kept in quarantine for a day and a night, such a chicken for three days, such a duck for seven days, a sheep for fourteen days, a cow thirty days and such a camel must be kept in quarantine for forty days before being slaughtered.’”

Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Sama‘ah from Ahmad ibn al-Hassan al-Mithamiy from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Bassam al=Sayrafiy who has said the following: “About the case of a camel that feeds on feces, abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘It cannot be used for food or riding for forty days.’”

12. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn al-Hassan al-Shammun from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Abd al- Rahman from Misma‘ who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has stated this Hadith. ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘The milk and flesh of a camel that feeds on feces are not edible until it feeds on clean feed for forty days, such a cow for thirty days, such a sheep for ten days, such a duck for five days and such a chicken must be kept in quarantine for three days.’”
