وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ع‌ أَنَّ عَلِيّاً ع صَلَبَ رَجُلًا- بِالْحِيرَةِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ أَنْزَلَهُ يَوْمَ الرَّابِعِ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ وَ دَفَنَهُ‌[4].

Hadith.5123 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), it is reported: "Indeed, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) crucified a man in Al-Hirah for three days. Then on the fourth day, Imam (as) took him down, prayed over him, and buried him."

I asked Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) about a man who killed his mother. Imam (as) said: "He does not inherit from her, and he is to be executed for her murder in a state of humiliation. Yet, I do not believe that his execution will serve as an expiation for his sin."

Hadith.5245 - Muhammad ibn Qays narrated from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) that he said regarding a man who killed his mother: "If he killed her accidentally, he is entitled to a share of her inheritance. However, if he killed her intentionally, he does not inherit anything from her."
