وَ قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع‌[2] فِي أَرْبَعَةِ أَنْفُسٍ شُرَكَاءَ فِي بَعِيرٍ فَعَقَلَهُ أَحَدُهُمْ فَانْطَلَقَ الْبَعِيرُ فَعَبِثَ بِعِقَالِهِ فَتَرَدَّى فَانْكَسَرَ فَقَالَ أَصْحَابُهُ لِلَّذِي عَقَلَهُ اغْرَمْ لَنَا بَعِيرَنَا فَقَضَى بَيْنَهُمْ أَنْ يَغْرَمُوا لَهُ حَظَّهُ مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُ أَوْثَقَ حَظَّهُ فَذَهَبَ حَظُّهُمْ بِحَظِّهِ‌[3].

Hadith.5414 - Al-Sakuni narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "Whoever makes a will without being excessive or causing harm, it is as if he gave it in charity during his lifetime."

Hadith.5418 - Abdullah ibn Al-Mughirah narrated from Al-Sakuni from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "I do not mind whether I cause hardship to my children or I spend that wealth on them."

Hadith.5420 - Harun ibn Muslim narrated from Masadah ibn Ṣadaqah from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) from his forefathers (peace be upon them), who said that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "Injustice in a will is among the major sins."

وَ رَوَى يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ‌ قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع أَنَّ الْمُدَبَّرَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ وَ أَنَّ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَنْقُضَ وَصِيَّتَهُ فَيَزِيدَ فِيهَا وَ يَنْقُصَ مِنْهَا مَا لَمْ يَمُتْ‌[4].

وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ‌ أَقْرَأَنِي أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع صَحِيفَةَ الْفَرَائِضِ الَّتِي هِيَ إِمْلَاءُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص وَ خَطُّ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع بِيَدِهِ فَقَرَأْتُ فِيهَا امْرَأَةٌ مَاتَتْ وَ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَ أَبَوَيْهَا فَلِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ ثَلَاثَةُ أَسْهُمٍ وَ لِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ سَهْمَانِ وَ لِلْأَبِ السُّدُسُ سَهْمٌ‌[2].
