إِذَا غَابَ الرَّجُلُ عَنِ امْرَأَتِهِ سَنَةً أَوْ سَنَتَيْنِ أَوْ أَكْثَرَ ثُمَّ قَدِمَ وَ أَرَادَ طَلَاقَهَا وَ كَانَتْ حَائِضاً تَرَكَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُهَا.
‘When a man is absent from his wife for one year or two years or more, then comes and wants to divorce her when she is experiencing Hayd (menses), he must leave her until she becomes clean, then divorce her.’”
