قُلْتُ لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع رَجُلٌ قَتَلَ رَجُلًا فِي الْحَرَمِ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ دِيَةٌ وَ ثُلُثٌ وَ يَصُومُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ مِنْ أَشْهُرِ الْحُرُمِ وَ يُعْتِقُ رَقَبَةً وَ يُطْعِمُ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِيناً قَالَ قُلْتُ يَدْخُلُ فِي هَذَا شَيْءٌ قَالَ وَ مَا يَدْخُلُ قُلْتُ الْعِيدَانِ وَ أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ قَالَ يَصُومُهُ فَإِنَّهُ حَقٌّ لَزِمَهُ.[2]
