وَ الْمَجُوسُ تُؤْخَذُ مِنْهُمُ الْجِزْيَةُ لِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ص قَالَ سُنُّوا بِهِمْ سُنَّةَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَ كَانَ لَهُمْ نَبِيٌّ اسْمُهُ دَامَسْبُ[2] فَقَتَلُوهُ وَ كِتَابٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ جَامَاسْبُ[3] كَانَ يَقَعُ فِي اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ أَلْفَ جِلْدِ ثَوْرٍ فَحَرَّقُوهُ[1].
